The new version of Internet Explorer Mobile which
    comes with Windows Mobile 6 and 6.1 has an option that will
    greatly enhance the experience of navigating a
    website that is not originally designed for the
    small PDA screen.

    In this video here we show how easier to navigate
    through the Pediatric PDA Blog when the option of
    single column viewing is chosen.
    Choosing desktop or fit to screen may result in
    difficulty panning and scrolling the web pages.
