On July 11 2007, PDA for Pediatricians has been awarded the Health On the Net “HON” Code seal of conduct. It is now listed in the MedHunt directory where HON compliant medical websites are listed.
The HON foundation is an international agency which aims at maintaining quality and trustworthy health information on the world wide web via compliance with their eight prinicples of conduct.
Many high profile websites such as Pub Med and WebMD subscibe to the HON code of conduct, and we regard the recognition of Pda4peds by the HON and acquiring the HON seal is a developmental milestone in the infancy of pda4peds.
